To send a document for signature we only support PDF files. This is because it's important to ensure that the recipient can view and sign the document as intended. Many devices and platforms may not have the same software or fonts as the original document creator, which can lead to formatting errors or even make the document unreadable. Converting the document to a PDF format ensures that the document will look the same on any device or platform, making it easier for the recipient to review and sign.
