Who can use this feature?
You need to provide a code for security purposes as part of our 2-step verification.
If you are already signed in on a mobile device you can receive via the Qwil app.
If you are not signed in on a mobile device you can only receive a code via SMS. Qwil cannot control the delivery of SMS which may be the result of poor network or operators blocking.
Qwil only sends transactional OTP with Sender ID where required.
If you are in UAE, China and Kenya
The following countries are known to delay or block SMS messages despite the nature of the SMS.
For that reason, the SMS code will be communicated automatically via a telephone call rather than by text message.
Make sure you pick up the phone call and note down the 6 digit code.
