Professional vs Enterprise
Professional Plan: If you are a Professional plan user, you are able to self manage your Qwil tenancy. You can update payment methods, currencies, and billing cycles through our in app billing portal. You will also be automatically charged pro rata for the number of active staff users. That means if you need to add more users to your subscription, you can go ahead and invite them to Qwil, and the subscription will automatically update. However for any feature inclusions in your plan need to be discussed by contacting our sales team.
Enterprise or Custom Plan: If you are an enterprise user, or any other custom pricing plan, you will need to go through our Sales team to perform these actions. If you wish to increase the number of payable users or update your billing cycle, contact our sales team.
How to manage my professional plan?
If you are on the professional plan, you are able to self manage your subscription. just navigate to the administration tab in your Qwil, and then onto the settings menu. From here you can click the manage billing button to open your in app billing portal. From here you are able to manage your subscription, payment methods and billing cycle.
How to manage my enterprise plan?
If you wish to manage your enterprise plan, increase the number of users, change the billing cycle or any subscription related query, you can contact our support team.
Billing Cycles
You can set up either an annual or a pay monthly plan. The annual plan benefits from a 50% discount, and all staff users will be charged on a pro rata basis. See our billing policy for details.
