Team based servicing made easier with Support Chats
Support Chats are an easy way for your users to start a chat directly with a team of agents providing expertise and help on specific topics (for example IT support, Help desk or HR).
Create multiple Support Chats for either staff or client’s servicing needs.
Support staff can view, participate or assign the chat as required.
How will it work?
Create and manage your support channel through Qwil.
Once you have created your client support team, you can assign staff. Those staff will have access to the support chats, and will be able to respond to the client or staff on a named basis, or assign to another staff member.
