Sharing documents between staff and clients on Qwil is easy - simply a drag and drop in a chat thread!
But how can staff request documents (like they can e-signatures) to clients not yet on Qwil? Meet Document Request
Document request is initiated by staff in Qwil for specific documents required (for example onboarding) and details of the client. A client then receives an email with a unique link to open on browser and upload the documents. Securely, not on email!
Staff request
- From your desktop, staff on the Document Request tab
- Complete the documents requested (3 at a time)
- Add details of the recipient (Client) including name, email and personalised message
- Submit and the recipient will receive an email with a link to open up on browser (mobile or desktop) to upload the documents
Client view
- Client receives an email with secure link to click on
- Browser opens up with the documents the staff have requested
- Once selected within the folders on the client's computer, Client can submit the files to the staff
- Documents appear in the file manager of Qwil of the requestor
