All Staff
Clients
All Qwil users opening Qwil will see their own personalised welcome dashboard with all the helpful information they need to get started quickly. This article will explore the features for each user type as well as what's coming soon...
What to expect?
- Client users are given a directory of the staff they have access to in order to start a quick conversation.
- Staff have different actions according to their permissions.
- All users are shown the guides we believe are most relevant to you.
- Enterprise customers will be able to customise a section (like a portal) with information specific to the profile (staff, client) with button and links to relevant websites.
User Administrators and System Administrators
User Administrators and System Administrators both see a list of quick actions to make life easier and get both client communication and administration done quickly.
All users see an option to view their profile and edit their away status on the top right and administrators will also see a link into administration as well as quick admin actions such as invite staff and clients.
They will also see a list of quick actions that allow them to start a chat, browse contacts and broadcast a message.
The next section allows users to start a video meeting or request an e-signature from users that aren't enrolled in the app. Need to have a 1 off meeting using a link? Or just send a one time e-signature? You can do it both from your dashboard.
Scrolling down, admins will see recommended Help Centre articles (or Qwil Skills) that we think will help you get the most out of Qwil. You can also click on the Help Centre link at any time and search for whatever you need.
Staff
Like User Administrators and System Administrators, Staff will also see a list of quick actions to make life easier, but they won't see administration action, only chat actions.
Staff can view their profile and edit their away status on the top right as well as a list of quick actions that allow them to start a chat, browse contacts and broadcast a message.
They can also start an external meeting or send an external signature straight from their dashboard.
At the bottom, staff will see some more Help Centre articles tailored to their specific user type.
Clients
Clients will see a different screen to staff to give them immediate access to the staff they are familiar with as well as articles to explain "Why Qwil?".
The main feature of the page displays their representatives (staff they have been assigned) which they can click to start a chat instantly. Clients can also view their profile and edit their away status on the top right.
The quick actions for clients allows them to start a chat, view past chats and browse their documents in File Manager.
Like all other users, clients have access to the Help Centre but we display articles that explains the security and convenience of Qwil and what makes Qwil different from email.
