Before starting to use Qwil Messenger, you may need to confirm that your organisation’s email and network security policies do not currently block our cloud services.
Certain software, security settings and firewalls can interfere with Qwil Messenger's connections:

Temporarily turning off your antivirus or ad-blocking software will let you troubleshoot your connection issue.
Remove email and network restrictions at your company:
- For network traffic, you need to ensure the https://*.qwil.io/ domain is accessible from/whitelisted for your network(s).
- For email, your spam filers need to be set to accept inbound mail from the qwil.io domain.
- In rare cases in larger firms, and depending on your IT setup, you may also need to manage network boffins and submit an ‘SSL Decryption Bypass request. You will see a "Established connection. Connecting..." until that is done.
Note: If these are not accessible, users will not be able to receive their invitations or to sign in via your corporate network.
