Before starting to use Qwil Messenger, you may need to confirm that your organisation’s email and network security policies allow access to our cloud services.
Note: In most cases, you will not need to do anything and can skip this step.
If you experience connectivity issues it is usually because certain software, security settings, or firewall configurations are interfering with connections to the Qwil Messenger service. Symptoms of connectivity issues typically include:
- You cannot sign in to the web app or when you do, you get a message in the app “Unable to establish connection to organisation. Retrying...” and you have to constantly refresh your browser to receive messages.
- Invitation emails to join Qwil Messenger are not received in user’s mailboxes (including in their spam folders).
