A Contact Group is a collection of users that enables visibility to each other via their contact lists. Groups are defined according to the way you want to segregate your client relationships. This is why you must create a group for each relationship, as it ensures that client users will only be visible to selected staff users and vice versa.
This is an integral part of Qwil's design. By creating contact groups within the application we ensure that a user’s contact list on Qwil Messenger is managed by the company. Each user’s list can be tailored to create dedicated contact points between clients, partners, and representatives that align with the organisation’s coverage and servicing models. Qwil never accesses a user’s phone books.
