Here are some known issues when trying to accept an invitation and how to solve them.
When I click the invitation link I see a blank white page or I can't see the sign-in page
If you see a blank white page when trying to accept your invitation it means you are not using the right browser. We do not support Internet Explorer. Please open your link in another browser and try again. Alternatively, you can accept your invitation via your mobile phone.
To open your link in a different browser:
- Open your invitation email.
- On the Accept invitation button right-click and select Copy Link Address.
- Go to your desired browser (see Supported browsers) and paste the link in the address bar.
