If you are unable to sign in because your username and password are not accepted try one of the following:
- Make sure you are entering your Qwil ID or username (not your email address)
- Get an email reminder for your username following this process. Make sure you use this one.
- Your password should not contain # or a space.
- If you have either of those, please reset your password.
Failed to Authenticate = password is incorrect
Failed to verify = sms verification code incorrect (or not the latest)
Your password manager (google for example) may have saved a previous password and be filling it in automatically. Do make sure it has been updated and check it.
