If you are having trouble sending out invitations it may be because of one of the following reasons:
The email address has spaces
If you are sure you entered a correct email address and you get an error saying 'Provide a valid email' it may be because you have added a space either before or after the email. Check that you do not have any spaces and try to send the invitation again.
My client is not receiving the SMS code
Be sure to double-check that you entered a correct phone number.
Note: Make sure you add the country code (i.e. +44) The flag icon will display the country to confirm you have entered the number correctly. Do not manually change the flag icon as this will save an incorrect number.
You did not add a client to a group
When you invite a client you must make sure you also add this client to a group that includes at least one active staff user. You will not be able to send the invitation if the client is not added to a group.
