It is not mandatory for staff and clients to download the Qwil app on their devices. Qwil Messenger is available on any browser by navigating to https://web.qwil.io/
However, we strongly advise that users download the app as this will help them communicate more easily and make sure they do not miss important messages.
Remind your users that Qwil will not access any of their personal data or contacts which they have on their phone that is not specifically indicated in our Terms of Use, or which they are asked to give explicit consent for.
Qwil Messenger's contact list is populated by the organisation that has invited them on the platform, this means Qwil will not access a user's personal contacts. Also, users may choose to share images or files, but this is on a case-by-case basis, and completely within their control.
