Who can use this feature?

System & User administrators only

Here you can download all the CSV templates to import your users to Qwil. Each template has a populated example so you can understand how data must be filled in. 

Note: Remember you must first upload the group CSV file, then the staff CSV file, and only AFTER your staff have accepted their invitation can you upload your client CSV file. This is because, clients must belong to a contact books where there is at least one active staff user.

Note: The maximum number of records that can be uploaded at one time is 500.
