You have different profiles for each organisation that you engage with on Qwil. This means that you can have a different name, profile picture, availability status, role, and contact details for each one of your profiles. Think of Qwil like your wallet with all your credit cards safely inside where you can change the details.
However, all your different profiles are under your Qwil account. The first time you accept an invitation from an organisation to engage on Qwil Messenger you create a Qwil account. Your account is not linked to any specific organisation and is yours. You can change those details here.
How can I see my profile?
To switch between companies, click on the company icons on the left-hand side menu. When you click on an organisation, your profile for that organisation will be displayed on the top right corner.
How can I change my profile?
- From your desktop, click on the organisation from which you wish to see your profile.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- You will be navigated to your profile details. From here you can change your profile picture and your contact information (if the permission is enabled by your organisation).
- If you do not see the Edit option, simply contact your staff representative (or administrator if you are a staff) and they will be able to amend the details (see Edit a user's profile details (change name, number or email in profile)
