Who can use this feature?

Every user that you invite to your organisation on Qwil Messenger must accept your terms of usage to be able to use the platform. Your terms act as a legally binding contract between you and your users.
This is the agreement that sets the rules and guidelines that users must agree to and follow in order to use and access your chat services on Qwil.
To make things easier, when you first set up your organisation on Qwil we provide predefined terms of use. If your organisation has predefined terms enabled you will see a yellow alert in your terms menu.
However, you can also upload your own custom terms of use. Doing so is easy, see Update your Terms and Conditions.
Note: When you update your terms, all new and existing users must accept them in order to continue using Qwil with your organisation.
