In Qwil, contact lists are curated and defined specifically for you and are and controlled by the organisation that invited you. Your contact list on Qwil is not harvested from your device, or from your personal contact list, but created and managed by your organisation.
Your contacts are determined by which users are in Client Teams with you. Usually, your administrator will place you and the clients that you cover in a Client Team so you will be able to see all your clients and start chats with each other. Clients can only see and chat with the staff in their contacts. However, as a staff user, you will also be able to chat with any other staff user in your organisation, by searching the directory.
You may belong to several Client teams replicating your coverage model.
If you do not belong to any client teams, do not worry, you can still chat to any of your colleagues.
