Client users will always be able to open a link on any browser on the Qwil mobile app. This is done by pressing the button on the top right after a link opens in the Qwil Built-in browser.
Staff members may not have this option due to BYOD settings in their company. The permission, "Allow staff users to save attachments on their mobile device" must be enabled in order to export documents and open web pages outside of Qwil's built-in browser. To read more about BYOD, click here.
