Where call authentication is required, Qwil Messenger can be used to verify the identity of the caller. This is done by the staff user sending a one-time passphrase to the client on Qwil and asking them to confirm the passphrase.
However, if the purpose of the call is to verify an instruction received via Qwil Messenger (e.g. it needs to be an out-of-band check), then Qwil cannot be used to Call Authenticate the client.
Where transactions received via other channels require verification, Qwil Messenger can be used to verify the instruction.
