Staff using the Qwil Messenger service are responsible for adhering to all business usage guidelines and the Terms of Usage. Whilst also using the service, staff must adhere to the other applicable policies, documents and requirements.
Compliance are responsible for monitoring the usage by staff and clients as well as the content of the app and web service. They can access ANY chat on the service using the web app and users who are also assigned the data reviewer permissions.
IT are responsible for controlling the internal (staff) access to the service as part of the Leaver, Movers, Joiners (LMJ) Process. Authorised business users assigned as Staff Administrators can manage client user access and group membership.
Records (including chat history and documentation sent and received from clients on the Qwil Messenger service) will be maintained for the life of the client relationship, in accordance with the client record keeping policy and procedures.
For instances where a client deletes the service, or the firm removes user access, a copy of the chat history will be maintained and recorded.
