Trade Instructions
Qwil Messenger can be used to accept trading instructions. However, playback of the instruction from a staff member via the channel is required as well as explicit confirmation back from the client of those instructions.
Additionally, call-backs to verify the trading instructions are required when the value of the transaction is greater than £20K or currency equivalent.
Payment Instructions
Qwil Messenger can be used to accept payment instructions. However, playback of the instruction from a staff member via the channel is required as well as explicit confirmation back from the client of those instructions.
Internal transfer instructions between accounts with the same legal owner and beneficiary or between accounts of family members may be executed when received via the service without the need for additional checks.
However, call-backs to verify the payment instructions are required in the following circumstances:
- Where the payment is being made to a new beneficiary.
- Where the value of the transaction is greater than £50K or currency equivalent to an existing beneficiary (non-internal transfers).
Change of Details
Qwil Messenger can be used to accept instructions to change personal details. However, playback of the instruction from a staff member via the channel is required as well as explicit confirmation back from the client of those instructions.
Additionally, call-backs to verify instructions involving email and phone number updates are required.
