A branded, multi-tenant app
Unlike any other chat platform, Qwil Messenger allows users to engage with multiple organisations via a single app. We cater for 2 user types - staff and clients. Users can effortlessly switch between the various brands without compromising confidentiality, and without the need for a separate chat app per company
Invitation only access
To gain access, a user must be invited by email and complete the account sign-up process. This approach is an important security aspect of the platform as every user account is created by the company with whom they can engage using verified identity information. There is no self-provisioning.
Pre-Defined contact lists
A user’s contact list on Qwil Messenger is also managed by the inviting organisation. Each user’s list can be tailored to create dedicated contact points between clients, partners and representatives that align with the organisation’s coverage and servicing models.
Authentication
Gaining access to Qwil Messenger requires a user to specify security credentials. Our strong, yet user-friendly authentication approach allows us to continually verify each chat user’s identify ahead of them accessing information and sending messages. It also removes the need for verification checks each time a user exchanges dialogue with a company representative.
Notifications without sensitive information
To maintain confidentiality, push notifications sent to a user’s device(s) contain limited non-sensitive information.
